These launch terms are a plain-language operating agreement for StoneIQ Micro while the product is being introduced to early customers.

Use of StoneIQ Micro
- StoneIQ Micro is quoting software for stone fabrication shops. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or engineering advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing customer-facing quotes, invoices, layouts, taxes, discounts, and totals before sending or relying on them.
- You agree not to use the service to upload unlawful content, attack the platform, or access another shop account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Billing terms, payment method, and cancellation timing may vary by the plan selected at checkout.
- If you need to cancel, change billing information, or correct a billing issue, email support@stoneiqmicro.app.
- StoneIQ may offer trial, founding-customer, or custom pricing during launch.
Customer documents
The software helps generate quotes, invoices, change orders, PDFs, emails, and share links. Your shop is responsible for the commercial terms you send to customers and for confirming that pricing, quantities, materials, taxes, and scope are correct.
Data and access
- Each shop should only use accounts authorized by that shop.
- StoneIQ Micro users do not receive access to StoneIQ Pro-only features unless their account is upgraded or separately provisioned.
- You can request an export or deletion of your shop data by contacting support@stoneiqmicro.app.
Availability and changes
StoneIQ Micro is actively evolving. We aim to keep quoting, public links, billing, and data access reliable, but maintenance, provider outages, and launch changes can happen. Material changes that affect customer data or billing will be communicated as directly as practical.
