StoneIQ Micro stores quoting, customer, invoice, layout, and shop-pricing data so fabrication shops can create and manage countertop quotes. Your shop data belongs to your shop.

Information we collect
- Account information such as user email, password authentication records, team membership, and shop profile details.
- Shop configuration such as tax rate, fabrication and installation rates, materials, edges, sinks, cutouts, quote formatting, and logos.
- Quote and invoice data such as customers, addresses, dimensions, pricing, deposits, change orders, approval signatures, and public share-link activity.
- Uploaded files used by the product, including shop logos, quote photos, slab photos, and job files when you choose to upload them.
- Operational data such as basic logs, error reports, billing status, and email delivery status needed to run and support the service.
How we use data
- To create, save, send, approve, export, and invoice quotes.
- To keep each shop account separate from other shops and enforce product access.
- To provide support, investigate bugs, improve reliability, and protect against misuse.
- To process subscription billing through Stripe and send transactional emails through email providers.
Customer-facing links
Quote, invoice, and change-order links are intended to be shared with your customers. Those links expose the specific customer-facing document they point to, not your internal dashboard. Treat share links like sensitive business documents and revoke or replace them if they are sent to the wrong person.
Service providers
StoneIQ Micro uses infrastructure and operational providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and Sentry to host the application, store data, process subscriptions, send emails, and monitor errors. These providers receive the minimum information needed for those services to work.
Access, export, and deletion
- Email support@stoneiqmicro.app to request a data export. We verify account ownership before sending shop data.
- Email support@stoneiqmicro.app to request account deletion. We verify ownership, offer an export first, and confirm the deletion date before the account is removed.
- Some billing records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
