Fastest way to get help
- Email support@stoneiqmicro.app with the customer name, quote number, and what you expected to happen.
- For quote-total, invoice, or customer-link issues, include the job URL or quote number so we can inspect the exact record.
- For billing or login issues, include the account email and shop name.
Urgent issues
If you cannot quote, cannot send a customer link, cannot access an invoice, or believe data is showing incorrectly, mark the email subject as Urgent. Launch support treats those as same-day issues.
Data export and deletion
- You can request a copy of your shop data at any time. We currently provide exports manually as CSV, JSON, and uploaded files where applicable.
- You can request account deletion by email. We verify owner identity first, offer an export before deletion, and confirm the deletion timeline in writing.
